What happens next
How we handle your report
- Reports are logged with a reference and triaged by urgency the moment they arrive.
- Urgent and emergency reports trigger a supervisor call-back and, where contracted, a mobile patrol response.
- A written incident summary is issued to the client and, where appropriate, shared with the police.
- Reports are treated confidentially. You may leave your email blank if you prefer.
